Went through the study guide, and while it is a very thorough companion to the main text, I just don't need it. I guess I thought I was getting lucky for being able to buy what I thought was the text book for incredibly cheap, but it turned out being only the study guide, which not made evident in the ad that I had bought. My class does not go by this study guide at all, so I had it recycled.
